		<description>He may have fleas or some other parasite(such as mites), or as others have said a regular allergy not related to fleas.  I would call the vet, in the meantime you can get hydrocortizone spray from the pet store, and spray him.  Still a vet would also need to see it.  The vet can scrape the skin to see if there is a parasite, and what to treat it with-if needed.  </description>
