My daughter still got a few spots from time to time until she was 4 months old. It's your baby's skin reacting to it's new environment and adjusting to the oxygen and atmosphere that she wasn't exposed to in the womb. Don't worry about it, and DON'T over wash the area or use any lotions, treatments etc. The spots will go in time - I'm pretty sure 99% of babies get it! Congratulations on your new baby.
