@Gambling4Life take cold shower, i used to go outside in the winter without jacket just to cool, anything cold is ur friend, after a couple year the heat thing will disappear then you can work out and sweat normally but you will still need to find the best antihestamine that work for you, i had it for more than 15 years and i learned that there is no cure or cause !!! i give up looking for cause or cure!!!!

I had been suffering for 4 years from urticaria. About 9 months ago it was discovered i had Hep C from from a blood transfusion many years prior. So i began treatment for Hep C about 6 months ago and havent had an out break since. Blood tests show that the hep C is gone and so i believe that my urticaria was a direct result of my autoimmune disease. Hope this helps. If you have any questions feel free to ask.

I hate having this as a high school student and putting up with high school things including talking to girls and sometimes embressments!!! What works for me a little is cold showers with baking soda and Lotion everywhere afterwards!!! You should able to stay in the heat for about 3 mins!

@chickenpoppp I have been going to the doctors for urticaria (hives) and yes stress can cause this to happen the way for you to find out is to see if you brake out more when you get stress. that is one thing you could try out. The next you can get chemical test done on you. If you or some one you live with, work in a factory you can be exposed to other chemicals besides house hold products. I Hope that could help you.

I’ve had Hives for 4-5 years now.. (I’m not really alergic to food or anything btw). Back then, I thought it would be temporary- But this shit wouldnt go away!!!!!! Can it be related to stress-issues rather than food?

here is something I found helps. if your having hives right now stay as cool as you can. if you go to sleep don’t use any blankets because that raises the blood temperature and increases hives. also if you take a shower use cold water. just never let the body get to warm and cozy.
