I hope she doesn’t have bed bug bites, they tend to go after exposed areas. Most rashes don’t just attack one body part like the legs. Other causes might be contact allergy from the sheets if you used a new product or soap in your laundry. Low grade fevers can be due to a virus or even allergic reactions such as I mentioned earlier. Benedryl is the medication of choice if it itches and tylenol for the fever. Avoid children’s asprin. Follow the instructions on the bottles or call your pediatrician or a pharmacist for dosage questions. If she doesn’t look very sick to you, she probably isn’t and there is no need to rush to a doctor.
go to the doctors immediately. you can try to apply a sooting gel or itch/rash creme, ice maybe?
