So this is the strangest thing. it has been on and off but I have red bumps that look like hives running up both my legs and my groin (above it anyway). Occasional my groin will get dry, scaly, and it is severely painful and itchy. The bumps aren’t really itchy but it is disturbing and I want to know if anyone can help. I’ve asked my doctor and he thinks it’s Jock Itch but this has been persistent for 5 years now even after anti-fungal treatment. I don’t think it isn’t sexually transmitted as this happened before I lost my virginity so I am puzzled still. Please help!

I got a rash about three days ago when I woke up and I have no idea how i got it. The rash is very itchy and seems to be spreading any suggestions for a good treatment.(I think it might be the hives)
Almost every night for the past three weeks, around 8 pm, my legs have been breaking out in this red, splotchy rash. They itch and sting but usually go away before morning. I try and change my schedule, not do the same things or be in the same place, but it shows up anyway.
so from what i understand of anaphylaxis its the most severe reaction to an allergin their is and it causes hives and weezing and if not treated death.
So i also know that Epinephrine is the majo treatment used by paramedics to nullify this type of shock, and i also know the Epinephrine is put simply pure adrenaline.
Therefor, if the medication wasnt available, would putting a person in a situation where their body would naturally start to pump adrenaline be an effective way to combat anaphylaxis shock?

I’ve suffered from chronic hives for 7 years and recently changed my diet to fix the problem. I do believe I need to stay on the diet because it has helped. but it has not cleared up completely. I rarely get that burning/ itching sensation when I am gluten free but my skin still raises. I think I may be allergic to casein ( protein found in milk, butter, cheese, etc). I have this rash like pimples around my nose and I think it looked clearer that one day I didn’t eat any milk products??? I love yogurt and cheese, I hope I am not allergic. I think it would be too much to eliminate casein and gluten. Have you ever eliminated some type of food that significantly help with hives? Thank you for reading
