I have itchy welts each morning

been running a low grade fever the last couple of days and woke up this morning with this morning.
For some reason I keep on gettin hives in my lips and in my gums inside my mouth. They come on suddenly with nothing making them happen. It just begins to itch , then a lil tingly, numbness then here comes the hive. Any idea on why they are forming?
ok its not an STD , usually when they happen i can be doing anything, usually i am not eating or drinking anything. It can happen when im driving, watching tv, reading, i start to feel lil tongling sensation, then it begins to itch then a hive forms, in my lips, in my gums and it last for hours on end. any other suggestions?

For about two years i have been randomly breaking out. Been told getting allergy tests done would probably be more hassle than dealing with it. However this started 2 years ago when I moved from Florida back to Michigan. On my right hip i woke up with a sore, itchy hot spot, it was puffy like a mosquito bite the size of a CD…. I always breakout in the smae places- hips, hands and wrists, feet, lower buttock and ears, once my eye and twice my lips… This is very painful, the area swells, itches and is fevered… Benedryl doesnt seem to do it, ibuprofin doesnt help, oatmeal bath-nope- UGH… If I go to the Dr or ER they give me a hydrocortizone shot and a steroid shot-it seems to help but only for that breakout of coarse and I cant do that everyday…..
Just read the comment about trying hte hydrocortizone cream- yeah I do that- it does help a little with the itching, but not enough… This really is driving me crazy… imagine it on YOUR buttcheek LOL I cant sit still!!! HAHAHA Well at least i can still laugh at my self!!!
Im assuming that it is hives that my mare has, she has broken out in lumps around her neck and shoulders. I know I need to determine where the problem is coming from but is there any treatment I can give her to take the lumps down?

I have had no foods drink, meds (never illegal)n no change of laundry soap, or anything else. what could also cause some of the hive to turn to what looks like blisters.

ive tryed oatmeal baths benadryl capsules went to the doc and got a steroid shot and pills to take for it triamidol or something like that anyways there getting worse and more itchy just wanted to know a good solution to getting them better fast thanks for any answers and i hope you have a wonderful disease-less happy health life filled with all of your life dreams and goals 
sorry i forgot to say the doctor thinks it was an allergic to welbutrin i have no allergy’s other than a very rare beetle in the Sahara desert i only took it for about a week and everthing was going ok till i woke up with big sore itchy bumps all over my body
